Does VAT need to be added on? Do you need to collect?
Have you considered the cost of collection for you?
What's the cost of running a vehicle with driver and assistant?
How far is the supplier from you?
Cutting costs does not lead to more profit. How much of your time is spent on trying to "save" money?
Is it cheap because it's nasty? Do you know who you are dealing with? Is the supplier reputable?
Better to spend your valuable time in getting more business for your product or skill.
More sales will make you more money, to pay the cost of consumables used in your production.
Don't nit-pick, it's not worth it.
