What is not to like about the extra time to travel, spend time with friends and family, or finally have enough time to truly commit to that exciting hobby?
However, there may be a dark side to retirement.
The talk discusses how retirement may hold hidden dangers in the form of increased risk of cognitive problems and possibly even dementia, and how we can mitigate these dangers and still enjoy the positive aspects of retirement.
