We all need to cut back. Say NO to bad customers. Look after the good ones.
Get rid of slow moving stock, you've already lost money on it, you might as well not have it.
Sell more of the fast sellers. It's much easier (and profitable) than flogging a dead donkey.
Don't take my word for it though, do the exercise yourself!
Spend more time on marketing and sales than on cost cutting and collections.
You won't be sorry, just more successful.
And, as you sell more of your stuff, you can afford to buy the stuff you want.
Cash-flow is Win-Win.
