This is a question most of us ask ourselves - all the time.
Especially when business is slow.
Customers aren't buying. Everybody's pleading poverty.
New customers don't trust us. Why would they, they don't even know us!
So we keep beating ourselves up, thinking it must be us.
Cutting prices, giving credit, making promises, blowing our own trumpet.
Getting deeper and deeper into debt. That's a biggie!
All to beat the next guy. Who, by the way, is doing exactly the same thing, to beat us.
But, if I don't know what's wrong, how can I fix it?
Will you tell me what you think I am doing wrong? Most folk won't.
Survival of the fittest. People say that in nature this means the big animals eat the little animals.
Seems to be the same in business. Or am I wrong?
Building a small business takes time, patience, sweat and even some tears.

We need to support and share stuff with each other.
It shouldn't only be about money or competition!
There's more to life than that, surely.
There's enough for everybody to have a fair slice.
